Swimming Assessment Form

Registration form for children new to our swimming programme.

Children who cannot swim more than three meters on both their front and back in a confident manner do not need to be assessed, they will be added to our Level 1 waiting list. We will not assess children under the age of 4.5 years, or any those that do not meet the requirements to join level 1+ or above.

We offer assessments at 12pm on Saturday and Sunday during term time. Alternative times may be available on request during school holidays.

If you wish to join our scheme, please complete the form below and we will contact you to offer an assessment date. Please be aware some levels are in high demand and may require your child to be added to a waiting list following the assessment.

I understand that car parking for swimming lessons is at the sports complex only, the car park by the pool is for drop off purposes only. I understand that should I park in this car park my slot may be cancelled without a refund.(Required)
