First Steps

We appreciate that choosing a school is one of the most important decisions for a parent to make. For this reason, we would like to make your journey through our Admissions process as simple and enjoyable for you and your child as possible, providing all the information, support and advice you require.

As a starting point we would encourage you to visit the School to gain a real sense of what makes this such a special place by attending one of Open Mornings in September and April or a Small Group Visit, which run throughout the academic year. In addition, we are always pleased to explore the possibility of a private visit for families to be tailored to your child’s interests.

We do hope that by visiting the School, browsing the resources on our website and through conversations with us, you will feel well placed to make your decision. Further information regarding our entry points can be found by clicking on the boxes below but you are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions.

Whilst these are the main entry points to The Leys, spaces might occasionally become available in Years 8 and 10 so families interested in these entry points should contact us to discuss possibilities before applying for a place.
